These weekly fitness sessions are designed to do more than just get women moving—they’re built to create long-term, sustainable change in both physical health and mindset.

Through a structured blend of HIIT and yoga, I work closely with the women to progressively build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and support recovery and mobility. Every session is purposeful, with clear progression over time, ensuring women are not just participating—but continuously developing.

The women I coach come from a wide range of backgrounds, with different starting points and health considerations, including high blood pressure, joint issues, and stress-related challenges. From the outset, the focus has been on creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone can work at their own level while still feeling part of a collective journey.

Consistency has been a defining feature of this group. Week after week, the women show up, put in the effort, and support one another. As their coach, I’ve seen first-hand the shift—not just in physical ability, but in confidence, energy, and mindset. Many have gone from being hesitant about exercise to actively seeking out additional activity in their own time, whether that’s walking more, attending the gym, or exploring other classes.

A key part of my approach is building confidence through community. Group training creates accountability, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that makes it easier to stay committed. Over time, this has helped transform exercise from something that feels like a challenge into something that feels achievable—and even enjoyable.

I also recognise the real-life barriers women face, particularly around time and cost. That’s why sessions are designed to be efficient, impactful, and adaptable to busy schedules, while I continue to explore ways to create additional value for them as we grow more familiar.

This is an ongoing journey. With continued coaching, structured progression, and a focus on individual needs within a group setting, these sessions are helping women build stronger bodies, improve their health, and develop the confidence to take ownership of their wellbeing for the long term.
