Workshops

These focused workshops teach proper form and technique for key lifts such as deadlifts, squats, and bench press, helping members build strength safely and effectively.

Led by an experienced personal trainer, the sessions are designed for all ability levels, ensuring confidence and progress with essential gym exercises.
